CAST SOME LIGHT PODCASTS
Cast Some Light commissioned five Pod casts from from Katie Davies, FREEE, Narve Hovdenakk, Cheryl Sourkes and Stina Wirfelt to be shown on the Cast Some Light website. Each of the artists were given a list of questions to consider in their pod cast (click here) but were free to interpret these how they wished, both visually and aurally. The pod casts have been designed to give a background to some of the works in the programme, an insight into different artist’s working methods and as an alternative to the traditional ’artist’s talk’ that often follows an art event, where artist’s are given a possibility to contextualize their work in front of an audience (usually a traditional art audience).
