ASAF YOSEF SHANI: NIGHT TRAIN. 2007, 8:14
Cinematically shot on wide screen in black and white, Night Train follows the camera as it travels through different spaces. Shot as though through the window of moving train, we move with the camera through exterior public space into domestic space and back, silently observing the spaces presented to us. The city seen at night, the inside of someone’s apartment, an architects model of the city, all piece together an image of our visual landscape.
