A historic event and contemporary history are presented in parallel to each other in a collage of text and image. The experience of the piece is centered on a borderland between the real and the fictive. The work oscillates between an inquisitive documentary approach, and a reality where realism subversively gives way to personal experience and understanding of the world. In the expression of the work we are allowed to have a presentiment that what is told is played against our conceptions and expectations.
